PREFABRICATED VERTICAL DRAIN (PVD)

Informasi Singkat PVD

PVD telah digunakan di berbagai proyek di seluruh dunia yang melibatkan reklamasi lahan, pekerjaan infrastruktur, bangunan industri dan pengembangan real estate.
Instalasi PVD adalah biaya-efektif solusi pengobatan tanah yang sangat untuk mengkosolidasikan tanah jenuh air dan meningkatkan stabilitas tanah. Pre-loading dapat dipersingkat dan berkurang, sehingga biaya proyek yang lebih rendah dan waktu yang lebih singkat konsolidasi sebelum pekerjaan konstruksi dapat dimulai.

Biaya pemeliharaan masa depan juga lebih rendah karena berkurangnya penyelesaian sisa. Instalasi PVD juga merupakan metode yang efektif untuk mengurangi hipertensi tanah dekat lereng dan biaya tambahan, sehingga mengurangi risiko kegagalan lereng.

GEOTUBE

Raw Material: PP Geotube are sewn Polypropelen (PP) woven long fiber geotextile.
Benefits: Relatively low cost, defense to seasonal erosion, easily removed.
Applications: Geotube are used to from shoreline structure including form temporary
breakwaters, headlands, revetments on sand beaches of seashore.
Installation for PP Geotube:

• Filling sand or sludge into PP Geotube: Need higher pressure water syringe andmud pump. Firstly, start the water syringe to blow up the sand or sludge into themud pump, then push into geotube by mud pump.
• Water drainage: PP geotube is made of PP long fiber geotextile by woven. Manysmall hole in the geotextile, so the water can be drained from the sludge, sand,other solid material, but the solid material can be trapped in the geotube. Thegeotube can be filled and drained several times. Usually, the solid material up to70% of total geotube volume is enough.
• -After several times of filling and drainage, the sand, sludge and other solidmaterial inside geotube is concreted slowly by degrees because of desiccation.

Geobag adalah Geotextile berfungsi sebagai pelindung dan pembungkus media
penahan longsoran tanah atau breakwater pada pesisir pantai, penahan luapan air
pada sistem irigasi, perkuatan longsor atau dapat diaplikasikan sebagai tanggung
pada luapan air.

PET Woven High Geotextile

PET Woven High Geotextile is high strength woven geotextiles manufactured by
weaving high tenacity polyester filament yarns into a dimensionally stable network.
The inherent characteristics of polyester - high tensile strength and modulus, low
elongation, low creep and high long-term design strength - makes these products ideal
for soil reinforcement applications. The fabric develops excellent frictional interaction
with a wide variety of soils and granular materials.
The relatively small openings of these fabrics enable them to act as efficient separators
preventing the mixing of costly granular materials with fine-grained soils. The
geotextile has reasonably high permeability to prevent excessive build-up of porepressures
due to applied loadings.

Geomembrane HDPE Liner

GEOMEMBRANE HDPE LINER

The geomembrane is manufactured from High Density Polyehtylene (HDPE)
resins. The surfaces of both sides are smooth. The products are manufactured by
the technology of coextrusion-blown triple layer. It provides geomembranes with
specific properties on each layer, e.g. bicolor and/or textured designs.

Composite geogrids

COMPOSITE Geogrids are polypropylene geocomposites especially
designed for soil stabilisation and reinforcement applications. The Composite
Geogrids are manufactured by bonding a Biaxial Geogrid to a nonwoven
polypropylene or Polyester geotextile.
